Terms of Participation
Please read carefully. By purchasing this product, you (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions.
Training/Services
NINGJITLADA LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” or “www.ningjitlada.com”) agrees to provide educational training services (hereinafter referred to as “the Training”) under an online sales contract. The customer agrees to comply with all policies and procedures outlined in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of NINGJITLADA LLC, which are an integral part of participating in the Training.
Disclaimer:
The client understands that NINGJITLADA LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Consultant”) is not an employee, agent, attorney, physician, manager, therapist, public relations officer, business director, licensed nutritionist, financial analyst, psychotherapist, or accountant. The client understands that the Consultant does not promise, undertake, or have any obligation to (1) procure or attempt to procure employment, business, or sales for the client. (2) Perform business management functions, including but not limited to providing accounting, tax, or investment advice, or consulting in such areas. (3) Act as a psychologist. (4) Serve as a public relations director. (5) Function as a public relations officer to promote publicity. Interviews, articles, reports, or disclosures in television, print, or digital media. (6) Refer clients to the consultant's network of contacts, media, or business partners. The client understands that no relationship exists between the two parties after the end of this training. If either party wishes to continue the relationship, a separate contract must be made.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
By placing an order, you are purchasing products under the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and order price confirmation. To enter into a contract with NINGJITLADA LLC, you must be over 18 years old and have a credit or debit card issued by a bank we accept. NINGJITLADA LLC reserves the right to refuse any request you make. If your order is accepted, we will notify you via email and confirm the identity of the party with whom you are contracting. This will typically be NINGJITLADA LLC, but in some cases, it may be a third party. When contracting with a third party, NINGJITLADA LLC does not act as an agent or guarantor, and the contract will be made between you and that third party. It will be subject to the terms of sale provided by the third party. When you place an order, you confirm that all details you provide are accurate and truthful, that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card used for the purchase, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the costs of the items. Prices for international products and services may fluctuate, and all advertised prices are subject to such changes.
(a) Our Agreement
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This email is merely acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you an email confirming that the items you ordered have been shipped. Only the items specified in the confirmation email sent at the time of shipment will be included in the contract.
(b) Pricing and Availability
Although we strive to provide accurate details, descriptions, and prices on this website, errors may occur. If we find an error in the price of an item you ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and allow you to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot contact you, we will consider the order canceled. If you cancel and have already paid, you will receive a full refund.
Non-Disclosure
Once we receive your order, we will conduct a standard authorization check on your card to ensure there are sufficient funds for the transaction. The funds will be deducted from your card once authorization is granted. The amount deducted will be considered a deposit for the items you wish to purchase. Once the items are shipped and you receive a confirmation email, the deposit will be applied toward the purchase price, as stated in the confirmation email.
(g) Product delivery
You will receive an email receipt with your training registration access information once your payment has been successfully processed. The email receipt will include your “Lifetime Access” (see the Restricted Access section) for the training. If you encounter any issues accessing the member area or if you lose your login information or password, please contact us at contact@ningjitlada.com.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to make a genuine effort to apply all the strategies from the training. We offer a 14-day refund period for purchases if you have viewed less than 251 TP3T of the training content. We use a database provider with precise measures regarding the audience of all training content. Refund requests made within 24 hours of purchase may require additional verification to prevent fraud. If you decide that your purchase was not the right decision, please contact our support team at contact@ningjitlada.com. Within 14 days of registration, notify us if you wish to request a refund. Refunds will only be granted if the request is submitted via email by the customer who purchased the training within the past 14 days and has viewed less than 251 TP3T of the training content.
In case of any doubts, we reserve the right to conduct further investigations to determine whether the customer did not purchase the training with the intention of viewing specific modules before requesting a refund. Any dishonest conduct of this nature will result in the immediate rejection of the refund request.
Payment in installments
For installment payments for training, the customer agrees to pay all outstanding amounts within the specified period. In the event of any unpaid installments, NINGJITLADA LLC reserves the right to withdraw access to the training until the customer has paid in full.
